At The Bull & Bear we celebrate Tom’s signature style of cooking: refined British comfort food and classics prepared using outstanding produce, served in an elegant and laid-back environment.

Tom and his team of chefs have created a menu that is influenced by Tom’s pub in Marlow, The Coach.

In stark contrast to the very public trading floor that houses the main restaurant, the old Stock Exchange featured two private areas reserved for more confidential transactions: The Vault and The Bank.

These spaces have been restored to their former splendour and can be booked for private dining.

The Bull & Bear is located in the former trading room of the old Northern Stock Exchange. The Grade II listed landmark is a striking example of Edwardian architecture from the early twentieth century, now lovingly restored and transformed into the Stock Exchange Hotel.

The hotel has 40 rooms, including two signature suites and a stunning 3,500 square foot penthouse residence.
